Key Responsibilities1. Front-of-House & Guest Experience

- Ambiance Control: Maintain the restaurant's visual appeal, ensuring lighting, music, temperature, and cleanliness meet brand standards.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit & Train: Hire, onboard, and continuously train both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff on service standards and safety protocols.
