The Patterns Company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, onsite role for candidates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and present our web and mobile application solutions to prospective clients. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and contribute to achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the confidence to interact with clients professionally. A proactive attitude, strong negotiation abilities, and a target-driven mindset are essential. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
