HR Executive - Generalist/Admin & Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Facilitating conflict resolution and mediation.
- Performance Management:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Providing support for employee development and training programs.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Policy Development:
- Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicating policies effectively to employees.
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Conducting job interviews and assessments.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Managing job postings and candidate sourcing.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
