Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing activities, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve the organization’s digital presence through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update company social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish digital content including posts, banners, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve website ranking.
- Respond to online inquiries and maintain customer engagement.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Promote hospital/organization services, health packages, events, and awareness campaigns online.
- Maintain brand image and consistency across all digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.

- Lead generation through digital campaigns.

- Timely completion of marketing activities.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require occasional work during events, campaigns, or promotional activities.
Salary
As per organization policy and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
