Job Summary:
Wild Craft Beverages is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Quality Control Microbiologist to ensure the highest standards of product safety and quality. The candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, monitoring hygiene standards, and supporting quality assurance processes in beverage production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across the production facility.
- Conduct environmental monitoring (air, surface, and equipment testing).
- Identify microbial contamination and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of test results as per regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP.
- Assist in internal audits and external inspections.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food/beverage or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and lab practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in beverage industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of fermentation processes (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of quality management systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
