Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of Guest satisfaction through excellent service.
- Welcome and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions.
- Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in setting up and managing the dining area for various events.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
