Job Overview:
We are looking for Diploma Electrical freshers to join our Residential Solar Services (Operations & Maintenance) team. The candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining rooftop solar systems installed at residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of residential rooftop solar systems
- Inspect solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections
- Monitor system performance and identify basic issues
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor faults
- Support inverter servicing and basic electrical work
- Maintain service reports and visit records
- Interact with customers and explain basic system operations
- Ensure safety while working at residential sites
Project Exposure:
- Residential Rooftop Solar Systems
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for site visits
- Willingness to travel locally
