Job Title: SMT Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SMT Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMT production equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining SMT machines, minimizing equipment downtime, and supporting production efficiency in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of SMT equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic faults.
- Maintain machine uptime and ensure minimal production downtime.
- Coordinate with Production and Process teams to improve machine performance.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow TPM/5S practices.
- Support machine installation, calibration, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and PCB assembly.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in an EMS manufacturing environment will be preferred.
