ARK FM Solutions provides integrated Facility Management and Security Services to residential communities, commercial establishments, corporate offices, educational institutions, and industrial facilities. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Preferred Industries
Experience in selling or marketing services related to:

- Real Estate or Property Management
- B2B Service Industry
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to make cold calls and follow up with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Hyderabad will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
