About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients, creating content strategies, coordinating with designers and clients, and driving audience growth across various platforms.
Agency experience is highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to approved content calendars.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Create monthly social media content calendars aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to develop effective content strategies.
- Generate creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and video content.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients.
- Gather requirements, approvals, feedback, and content inputs from clients.
- Present content plans and social media recommendations professionally.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and performance marketers.
- Prepare detailed creative briefs for designers and video teams.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience interactions.
- Respond to customer queries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong online communities for clients and agency-owned channels.
Growth & Performance
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Support the growth of client accounts as well as agency social media channels.
- Monitor platform analytics and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present key findings.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for real-time marketing and trend-based content.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating content calendars and social media strategies.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms is preferred.
