Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Associate at Gridwave Energy Pvt Ltd. The role involves supporting marketing and business development initiatives, generating leads, managing digital outreach, and assisting in brand building activities. The candidate will work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
● Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
● Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote company services.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
● Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
● Manage and update CRM/data for leads and client interactions.
● Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Requirements and Skills:
● 6months-2years of relevant experience.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Basic understanding of marketing and business development concepts.
● Ability to learn and execute digital marketing and outreach strategies.
● Good organizational and time management skills.
● Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Ability to work from the office in Rajkot.
