Job Role: Business Development Executive
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Languages: Hindi, Tamil & English – Mandatory
Location: Siruseri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Preferred Experience: BPO / Telecalling / Customer-facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate with potential clients and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain good client relationships and achieve business targets.
- Prepare basic reports and update lead/customer information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English.
- Candidates with BPO experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
