We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Sales Engineer with strong expertise in hydraulic tools and systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling key clients, and providing technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations for hydraulic tools
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and trials
- Handle end-to-end sales process including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery
- Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service
- Resolve technical and commercial queries from clients
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales (preferably hydraulic tools/equipment)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, torque tools, jacks, pumps, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle key accounts and large projects
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
