- Travel to client manufacturing facilities for installation, testing, and commissioning of liquid filling, capping, labelling, and cartooning machinery.
- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the Vatva plant before machine dispatch.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical alignment, pneumatic fitting, electrical wiring, and sensor calibration issues on site.
- Train client operators and maintenance teams on machine operation, safety protocols, and daily upkeep routines.
- Attend breakdown service calls promptly, perform root-cause analysis, and restore machine operations with minimal downtime.
- Generate Service Reports, Customer Acceptance Certificates, and spare part requirements after every installation or service visit.
- Coordinate with internal R&D and Production teams to report recurring technical issues for continuous product improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on mechanical assembly, pneumatic circuit troubleshooting, and basic PLC/HMI electrical fault diagnosis.
- Willingness to travel frequently across domestic and international customer sites on short notice.
- Ability to read assembly drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Strong client-handling skills and troubleshooting capability under operational pressures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
