Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices and bills for analytical testing services, sample collection, and consultations based on client agreements. [1, 2]
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections: Track outstanding payments, follow up with corporate clients, and process collections. [1, 2, 3]
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor payments for lab consumables, equipment maintenance, and reagents. [1, 2]
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, trial balances, and assist in month-end and year-end closing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Statutory Compliance: Handle tax-related duties including GST computation, TDS deduction, and support during internal and external financial audits. [1, 2]
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure ledger accuracy. [1, 2]
Core Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's of Commerce (M.Com), or BBA/MBA (Finance).
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software like Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or other ERP platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are critical.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and ability to spot financial discrepancies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
