Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, organised, and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our textile manufacturing unit. The candidate should be capable of handling staff management, attendance records, salary coordination, hiring, and maintaining smooth workplace operations.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with factory and office staff.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee attendance and staff records
- Preparing salary calculations and coordinating payroll
- Handling new hiring and recruitment processes
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining employee documentation and HR records
- Managing staff coordination and workplace discipline
- Assisting management in daily HR and administrative tasks
- Handling employee queries and attendance-related issues
- Maintaining proper leave and overtime records
- Supporting smooth day-to-day factory and office operations
Requirements
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and payroll handling
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and record management
- Ability to manage staff professionally and responsibly
- Smart, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality
- Prior HR or administration experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years experience in HR or administration
- Experience in factory or textile industry preferred
