About the Role

In this end-to-end role, you will be the creative engine behind our social channels, handling everything from conceptualizing and designing posts to editing high-quality videos and executing social media marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of our social media operations. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Content Creation: Brainstorm, design, and produce engaging, high-quality graphics, photos, and video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Video & Photo Editing: Utilize industry-standard software to edit short-form and long-form videos, design graphics, and retouch photos.
- Social Media Management: Own the content calendar. Schedule, publish, and manage daily posts across all company social media accounts.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and execute organic and paid social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Act as the voice of the brand. Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to optimize future content strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, audio trends, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Creative & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- SMM Knowledge: Deep understanding of Social Media Marketing principles, metrics, audience targeting, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Associate, Content Creator, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing work.
- Soft Skills: A highly creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics, strong storytelling abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
