Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, optimizing performance, and ensuring the robustness of AI-driven solutions. The position also involves exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries to build and deploy models effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services to support AI application pipelines.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Understanding of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and their implementation for various AI tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
