We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer (Fresher – 3 Years experience) with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives
- Create product creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces
- Develop brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, and branding materials
- Edit short-form videos and Instagram reels with captions, transitions, and motion graphics
- Create AI-assisted creatives using modern design tools
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and AI tools
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives
- Familiarity with AI design tools(video and static) such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Canva AI, Kling AI, Runway, or similar
- Knowledge of image retouching and basic photo manipulation
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. Design course done, from a good institute will also do
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
- 1–3 years of relevant design experience is an added advantage
