Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Patient Care Coordinator cum Patient Relations Executive to serve as the first point of contact for patients. The ideal candidate will manage patient calls, coordinate appointments across multiple centers, ensure seamless communication between patients and clinic staff, and deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination
- Handle all incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across all clinic centers.
- Coordinate with receptionists and doctors to ensure optimal appointment management.
- Guide patients regarding consultation procedures, treatment schedules, and clinic services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment details in the patient management system.
Patient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Follow up with patients before and after consultations to ensure continuity of care.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate clinical or service-related issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through timely communication and personalized support.
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all clinic centers for smooth patient flow and appointment management.
- Prepare daily reports on patient inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor missed appointments and conduct follow-up calls for rescheduling.
- Assist in improving patient retention and treatment conversion rates.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with clinic policies.
- Support management with patient service reports and operational coordination.
Qualifications:
- BDS Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from medical or healthcare backgrounds (Hospital Administration, Allied Health Sciences, Life Sciences, etc.) may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM/Patient Management Software).
