Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, relationship building, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct client interactions, references, networking, and market visits.
- Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Collect business information, visiting cards, decision-maker details, and lead information during field visits.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Update CRM, Bitrix, or reporting systems regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and business development targets.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and activity updates to management.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely closure of business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, demos, support, and project execution.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales coordination.
- Handle client concerns and escalations professionally.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and support.
- Proactively work to avoid escalations through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide market feedback and business insights to management.
- Traveling expenses will get Reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client visits and business meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
