Position Details:
Role: Career Counselor (Sales Associate)
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience Required: 0-3 years
Salary Range: 15,000 – 40,000 (As per Interview and Experience)
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients
- Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing
- Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet
- Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline
- Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in , sales, or business development (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and quick learning ability.
