We’re looking for a creative + analytical Growth Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing AI-first SaaS team. If you understand funnels, performance marketing, content, LinkedIn growth, and love experimenting with campaigns that drive real business impact — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan & execute integrated growth campaigns
Manage SEO, AEO & GEO strategies
Drive LinkedIn & social media growth
Run paid campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn
Create high-converting content & landing pages
Manage email automation & lifecycle campaigns
Track MQLs, CAC, ROAS & pipeline metrics using GA4/Mixpanel
Skills & Tools
Must Have:
GA4 | Google Ads | Meta Ads | LinkedIn Campaign Manager | Content Writing | SEO | Email Marketing | Landing Page Builders | AI Tools | Basic HTML/CSS
Good to Have:
Mixpanel | Looker Studio | Hotjar | Programmatic Ads | HubSpot Certifications
Requirements:
0–2 years experience in Growth/Digital Marketing
B2B SaaS or startup exposure preferred
Strong storytelling, analytical & campaign execution skills
LinkedIn-first marketing mindset
