Job Description: Designer (Photoshop Specialist – Rotogravure Industry)
Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi

Experience: 3–5 years minimum in Rotogravure printing/packaging industry
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Designer specialized in Adobe Photoshop with direct experience in the Rotogravure printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and preparing artwork files for cylinder engraving, ensuring accuracy, print-readiness, and alignment with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit designs using Adobe Photoshop specifically for rotogravure cylinder preparation.
- Ensure artwork is print-ready with correct color separation, resolution, and alignment.
- Coordinate with prepress and cylinder engraving teams to deliver accurate files.
- Modify and adapt client-provided artwork to suit rotogravure printing standards.
- Maintain version control and organized file management for all projects.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and quality teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of rotogravure printing processes (cylinder engraving, color separation, trapping, etc.).
- Ability to handle complex packaging artwork (flexible packaging, labels, FMCG designs).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design execution.
- Strong communication skills for client and internal coordination.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in rotogravure industry.
- Prior experience in flexible packaging, printing, or cylinder manufacturing companies.
