Luxury Spa & Salon Franchise Development Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Spa & Salon Franchise Development Manager to lead franchise expansion for our premium spa and salon brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective franchise partners while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning. This role requires strong sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and experience in franchise development, business expansion, or luxury retail/hospitality sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve expansion targets.
- Generate qualified franchise leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and franchise opportunity discussions with prospective investors.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to franchise agreement execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Franchise Partner Acquisition
- Evaluate prospective franchise partners based on financial capability, business acumen, and alignment with brand values.
- Guide investors through the franchise selection, approval, and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and training teams to ensure a seamless franchise onboarding experience.
Market Expansion
- Identify high-potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and location feasibility assessments.
- Develop territory expansion plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Represent the brand at franchise expos, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the franchise acquisition journey.
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Track KPIs including lead conversion, franchise closures, pipeline health, and revenue generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or salon industries.
- Proven track record of achieving franchise or B2B sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for franchise meetings and business development.
