Job Title: Interior Designer (Kochi & Kollam)

Job Summary:
We are seeking creative and experienced Interior Designers to join our Kochi and Kollam studios. The ideal candidate should have strong design visualization skills, excellent space-planning abilities, and experience in handling residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and presentations.
- Create space plans, material specifications, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
- Manage project timelines and maintain design quality standards.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Coohom.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, and detailing.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
