Job Purpose
We are looking for a Project Manager — Technical Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of our Products and Services. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and Security to deliver high quality, audit-ready releases aligned with ISO/CMMI standards. This role demands both technical depth and execution excellence, with a strong focus on data-driven delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Scope: Translate product requirements into technical execution plans (epics/stories, architecture tasks); facilitate design reviews; drive effort and cost estimation.
- Project Management Discipline: Maintain risk registers, RACI matrices, and earned-value tracking; apply PMP / Agile / SAFe practices appropriate to initiative size; ensure stakeholder alignment using established PM frameworks.
- AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools to streamline project execution — automating routine tasks, improving estimation accuracy, generating insights, and enhancing stakeholder communication. Stay current with emerging AI tools and integrate them into delivery workflows.
- Delivery Tooling (Jira): Configure projects, workflows, and Automation (JQL triggers, validators, post functions); set up Advanced Roadmaps for multi-team dependencies; integrate CI/CD build statuses.
- CI/CD & Quality Gates: Define and enforce pipeline gates (unit / integration / e2e tests, coverage thresholds, dependency and security scanning); monitor slow builds and flaky tests.
- Environments & Releases: Manage infrastructure setup and test data; plan feature rollouts (feature flags / canary), release timing, and rollback strategies.
- Reliability & Operations: Define SLO/SLAs and error budgets; ensure on-call readiness and incident response runbooks; lead root-cause analysis and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Propose and run 1–2 delivery-system experiments per quarter(e.g., AI-assisted sprint forecasting, automated release notes, predictive flake detection); measure outcomesand scale what works.
- Data-Driven Delivery: Build dashboards for flow metrics (cycle/lead time, WIP, throughput), track performance budgets, and report technical KPIs and SLAs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide crisp technical status; translate risks/trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders; drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
- Security & Compliance: Embed ISO/CMMI practices, change control, and audit evidence; ensure secure secrets handling and least privilege access in pipelines.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years delivering software in a product/SaaS environment with demonstrable technical depth.
- Strong Jira expertise (workflows, JQL, Automation, dashboards, Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence for living documentation.
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins), Git workflows, feature flags, and containers.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience operating within ISO/CMMI processes (process documentation, internal audits, evidence collection).
- Strength in estimation, budgeting, monitoring, and delivery controls.
- Solid understanding of test automation and QA practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead design reviews, resolve conflicts, and engage directly with external customers.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe Certification: Formal project management credentials are valued and rewarded.
- AI/ML Product Delivery Experience: Awareness of MLOps practices including model lifecycle,evaluation, and monitoring.
- Regulated Industry Exposure: Aerospace, defense, or other compliance-driven environments.
- AI-Assisted Delivery Tools: Prior use of LLM copilots for status reporting, automation design, or QA.
- SRE / SLO Ownership: Site Reliability Engineering and Service Level Objective ownership experience.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
