A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.
- Responsible for supervising construction activities from site preparation to project handover, managing manpower, coordinating with contractors and departments, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/site engineering (experience requirement can vary).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- OSHA Safety Certification Preferred
