We specialize in automated gates, rolling shutters, pergolas, retractable roofs, glass systems, outdoor living solutions, smart home automation, and entrance automation. We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, technical teams, and customers.
- Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available before work starts.
- Monitor project progress and complete installations within the scheduled timeline.
- Ensure installation quality and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site readiness before installation.
- Submit daily work reports, progress photos, and completion updates.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns promptly.
- Ensure safety practices are followed by all technicians.
- Obtain customer sign-offs, completion certificates, and service reports after project completion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
