Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their educational needs, and helping them choose the right program. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
- Support applicants in collecting and submitting required documentation.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture them through the admission funnel.
- Update and manage candidate information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in admissions counseling, education sales, EdTech sales, or inside sales preferred.
- Strong ability to convert leads into enrollments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,486.06 - ₹40,482.00 per month
