As our Clinical Lead Physiotherapy, you will:
- Lead and coordinate a skilled team of Physiotherapists
- Manage referrals, workloads, and service capacity
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship
- Support recruitment, professional development, and performance growth
- Drive innovation, research, and service development initiatives
- Collaborate with ACC, Health NZ, and other key stakeholders
- Champion quality improvement and evidence-based practice across the service

You are an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitation services and supporting others to thrive.

- Display high emotional intelligence, resilience, and professionalism
- Have a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
- Be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
