Job Title - Medical Representative / Field Executive
Skills Required
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to speak the local language and basic English.
- Can explain products in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
- Friendly, patient, and able to solve customer problems.
Education & Experience
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Science background preferred, such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, etc.).
- Certificate in counselling, healthcare support, or patient education is a plus.
- 6 months to 1 year of field experience in healthcare or patient support.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit patients and customers to take correct body measurements for products.
- Demonstrate how to use healthcare and wellness products correctly.
- Promote products such as compression stockings, tights, and ladies' stockings.
- Guide customers on product benefits, correct size, usage, and care.
- Meet doctors, hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers to increase product awareness.
- Support patient education and promote healthy lifestyle practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and awareness programs at hospitals, clinics, and health camps.
- Maintain daily reports, customer feedback, and coordinate product stock.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
- Ensure products are displayed properly during promotional activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
