We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. We are looking for a Graphic Designer specializing in Print and Packaging to support our growing design needs. This role sits at the core of our creative function, requiring a strong understanding of print production and packaging systems, along with the ability to execute designs that reflect a premium brand identity. Our team is collaborative and hands-on, offering an environment where attention to detail and thoughtful design are highly valued.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create packaging designs, including dielines, layouts, and production-ready artwork that reinforces premium brand presence.
- Generate print assets for internal and external events, ensuring high-quality execution across formats.
- Design and develop print materials such as brochures, catalogs, event collaterals, and marketing assets.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of paper types, finishes, treatments, and print effects (e.g., embossing, foiling, UV)
- Prepare and finalize files for print, ensuring correct formats, bleed, margins, and color settings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors/printers when required to ensure accurate production.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on print and packaging.
- Strong knowledge of print setup, including color modes (CMYK), bleed, resolution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), MS Office (for presentations and coordination).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Attention to detail, especially in production and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands
- Familiarity with mood boarding tools (e.g., Figma)
