Position: Sales Executives– Generic Division
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Jaipur, Kota, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Ganga Nagar (Rajasthan)
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling the company's generic pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Generate orders and increase product sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and retailers.
- Ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and submission of sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm/B.Sc. preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager.
CTC: As per company policy + Incentives + TA/DA (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
