Sales Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in clients and generate new leads.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct site visits and measurements.
- Prepare quotations and presentations.
- Convert inquiries into sales closures.
- Coordinate with production and execution teams.
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Design Responsibilities
- Create modular kitchen and wardrobe designs as per client needs.
- Prepare 2D & 3D designs using design software.
- Suggest layouts, finishes, accessories, and color combinations.
- Provide space planning and functional solutions.
- Modify designs based on client feedback.
- Ensure practical and aesthetically appealing designs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of modular kitchens and wardrobes.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong understanding of materials, hardware, finishes, and accessories.
- Space planning and visualization skills.
- Client handling and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification
- Interior Design Diploma / Degree preferred
- OR
- Graduate with relevant industry experience.Salary
- As per experience + Incentives + Sales Commission
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
