Job Summary
RD Bytes is looking for a passionate and analytical Junior SEO Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO strategies, website optimization, keyword research, and performance analysis to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience managing multiple websites and SEO campaigns is preferred.
