We are looking for a proactive and energetic Lead Generation Intern who will support our growth team by calling existing leads and identifying new potential leads. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business development and sales operations in a fast-growing health-tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential leads to explain NeoDocs’ offerings
- Generate and qualify new leads through online research, databases, and social platforms
- Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM or tracking sheets
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls/meetings for the sales team
- Understand customer requirements and share insights with the internal team
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
What are we looking at:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and basic sales conversations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
Stipend: 10,000-15,000
Location: IIT Bombay(Powai)
Duration: 3 Months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
