We are looking for a skilled BMS Operator to monitor and manage the hospital’s Building Management System (BMS), ensuring smooth functioning of all critical utilities and infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and utility systems through BMS
- Identify system alerts, alarms, and faults, and take immediate action
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for issue resolution
- Ensure proper functioning of critical areas like ICU, OT, and wards
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and system records
- Ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols
- Support in handling emergency situations (power failure, system breakdown, etc.)
- Ensure proper shift handover and documentation
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Good observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital or facility management preferred
- Experience in handling BMS systems is an added advantage
Pay: ₹16,481.28 - ₹30,000.00 per month
