Production Supervisor – Plastic Injection Molding
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the Plastic Injection Molding shop.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
- Handle Engineering Plastic Materials such as PA (Nylon), ABS, PC, PBT, POM, PP, HDPE, LDPE, PET, and PC/ABS.
- Monitor machine setup, process parameters, mold changeovers, and material drying.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to minimize defects and downtime.
- Manage manpower, maintain production reports, and implement 5S and safety practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding processes.
- Experience in handling Engineering Plastic Materials.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
