We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of factory accounting, costing, inventory management, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and audit management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, cost optimization, statutory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting
- Preparation and finalization of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS Reports.
- General Ledger scrutiny, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, and Account Finalization.
- Fixed Asset Accounting and Depreciation as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act.
Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Costing
- Product Costing and Cost Sheet Preparation.
- Raw Material Cost Analysis.
- Production Cost Analysis.
- Standard Costing and Variance Analysis.
- Inventory Valuation.
- Process Costing and Job Costing.
- Cost Reduction Initiatives.
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Cost Analysis.
- Scrap & Wastage Analysis.
- Production Efficiency Reporting.
Inventory & Stores Management
- Verification of Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods, and Scrap Inventory.
- Physical Stock Verification.
- Inventory Reconciliation.
- Slow Moving & Non-Moving Inventory Analysis.
- Inventory Control and Material Consumption Analysis.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- GST Compliance, Return Filing, Reconciliation, and Assessments.
- E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill Compliance.
- TDS Calculation, Return Filing, and Reconciliation.
- Income Tax Compliance.
- Advance Tax and Tax Planning.
- Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordination with Government Authorities during assessments.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Statutory Audit.

- Banking Operations.

- Coordination with Banks and Financial Institutions.
Payroll & Compliance
- Payroll Accounting.
- Salary Provision.
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashment Accounting.
- Employee Reimbursement Verification.
ERP & System Knowledge
- Tally Prime / ERP Software.
- SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics (Preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, MIS Reports).
- Knowledge of Manufacturing ERP Modules.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- Membership with ICAI.
- 3–8 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in Steel, Engineering, Automobile, Cement, or Heavy Manufacturing will be preferred.
