Your role:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Lead delivery of advanced instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended MRI technical training programs for Field Service Engineers and Installers.
- Facilitate complex technical courses covering MRI safety, installation, site readiness, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, software applications, and system performance optimization, while taking the increasing digitalization of MRI service operations into acocunt.
- Create engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, practical demonstrations, simulations, and hands-on laboratory exercises.
- Adapt instructional methods to different learner audiences, experience levels, and regional requirements while maintaining global training standards.
- Serve as a recognized technical training expert and trusted advisor for learners and stakeholders.
Learner Development & Coaching
- Assess learner performance and provide coaching to improve technical competency and field readiness.
- Mentor less experienced instructors and support their development in delivery excellence and facilitation techniques.
Curriculum Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Execute established MRI curricula while ensuring training remains aligned with evolving product and service requirements.
- Review, update, and refine existing training materials based on engineering releases, product updates, field feedback, and training evaluations.
- Identify training gaps and provide recommendations for curriculum improvements.
- Analyze learner feedback, assessment results, and operational performance indicators to improve training effectiveness.
- Support implementation of new delivery methodologies, technologies, and learning solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Service Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, and Service Operations teams to ensure training remains technically accurate and operationally relevant.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional service organizations regarding MRI service training needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to support successful delivery of training programs.
- Support customer-facing education initiatives when required.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate training schedules, laboratory availability, equipment readiness, and delivery logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Philips quality, regulatory, safety, and audit requirements.
- Support standardization of learning delivery processes across global training locations.
- Lead small-to-medium improvement projects focused on enhancing learning service effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized development guidance to learners.
- Drive knowledge transfer and capability building across the global MRI service organization.
You are fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Education, Learning & Development, Training Management, Healthcare Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training delivery, or field service, healthcare technology, medical imaging, or a related technical environment.
Preferred
- Experience servicing and/or installing MRI systems.
- Experience delivering training in a technical, regulated, or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of MRI hardware, software, networking, and service workflows.
- Experience working with global training programs and multicultural audiences.
- Familiarity with virtual learning environments, simulation-based learning, and blended learning approaches.
- Experience mentoring instructors, facilitators, or technical experts.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance requirements within healthcare technology organizations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led technical training to adult learners.
Travel: 20–30% globally, as required for training delivery, workshops, and business support.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
