Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hotel Business Marketing & Development Executive to drive room sales, banquet sales, restaurant revenue, corporate tie-ups, brand visibility, and strategic business growth for Hampton By IC's. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, sales, and hospitality marketing skills with a proven ability to generate business through both online and offline channels.
As Hampton By IC's expands to a 50-room boutique hospitality destination with premium facilities and future growth plans, this role will be instrumental in strengthening market presence and revenue performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain corporate accounts.
- Generate room night business from nearby companies, IT parks, hospitals, educational institutions, and industrial units.
- Conduct daily sales calls and client visits.
- Negotiate corporate rates and annual contracts.
- Develop travel agent and event planner partnerships.
Banquet & Event Sales
- Promote banquet hall, lawn, and social events.
- Generate wedding, engagement, birthday, corporate event, and conference business.
- Build relationships with event planners and wedding coordinators.
- Achieve monthly banquet revenue targets.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with social media agencies and content creators.
- Manage Google Business Profile, OTA visibility, and online reputation.
- Plan promotional activities, influencer visits, and local partnerships.
- Assist in PR and media activities.
Revenue & OTA Management
- Monitor OTA performance (MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
- Improve occupancy and ADR.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends.
- Support revenue management initiatives.
Partnership Development
- Develop tie-ups with:
- Corporate offices
- Hospitals
- Universities and schools
- Wedding planners
- Travel companies
- Local businesses
- Create referral programs and strategic alliances.
Reporting
- Weekly sales pipeline report.
- Corporate visit report.
- Monthly revenue achievement report.
- Marketing activity report.
- Competitor analysis report.
Desired Candidate Profile Qualification
- Graduate in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years in hotel sales, business development, hospitality marketing, or corporate sales.
- Experience with boutique hotels, branded hotels, banquet sales, or hospitality marketing preferred.
