Hiring: Director’s Office Executive / Personal Assistant

We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative professional to work directly with the Director and manage executive coordination, professional networking, and digital presence support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s emails and calendar.
- Schedule meetings as per availability.
- Coordinate follow-ups and professional communication.
- Build and maintain professional connections and networking for the Director.
- Support the Director’s digital presence across all social platforms.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Executive and Marketing Team for content execution and support.
- Handle basic video and graphic editing for content support.
- Help maintain the Director’s professional online presence.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of video and graphic editing software.
- Understanding of professional networking and relationship management.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and professional personality.
- Presentable and detail-oriented.
Preferred: Experience in Founder’s Office, Executive Assistance, Social Media or Personal Branding support role.
