Key Responsibilities
- Source new Commercial Finance business through direct sales and channel partners.
- Build relationships with real estate developers, corporates, builders, CAs, and DSAs.
- Originate Commercial Property Loans, Construction Finance, LAP, LRD, and CRE financing opportunities.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for proposal processing.
- Conduct client meetings and understand funding requirements.
- Manage end-to-end loan sourcing until disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat business.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
