Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Façade Detailer with strong experience in façade detailing, shop drawings, and BIM modeling. The role involves handling complex façade systems, reviewing team deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed façade shop drawings including elevations, sections, plans, and connection details
- Work on systems such as curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glazing, ACP, phenolic panels, and louvers
- Develop and manage 3D/BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Generate fabrication drawings, cutting lists, Bills of Materials (BOM), and material take-offs
- Review and validate drawings prepared by Engineers and Junior Engineers
- Interpret design intent and raise/coordinate RFIs with stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with USA, UK, and Australian standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in façade detailing
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience in façade shop drawings and fabrication detailing
- Knowledge of Inventor is an added advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to lead and guide team members
