We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
