About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Copywriter/Copy Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content and campaign ideas across digital platforms, social media, branded content, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to create engaging brand communications that drive audience engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and copy for digital, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Write engaging content for social media posts, ad copies, video scripts, website content, blogs, email campaigns, and branded content.
Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative teams to create impactful campaigns.
Interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative communication ideas.
Ensure all copy aligns with the brand's tone of voice, messaging guidelines, and marketing objectives.
Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated on digital trends, social media platforms, cultural conversations, and emerging technologies.
Mentor and guide junior copywriters.
Work closely with strategy and account management teams to deliver effective communication solutions.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
5–7 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or social media agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media content, and integrated marketing work.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.
Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO principles, and content strategy.
Ability to adapt writing styles for different brands and audiences.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, technology, entertainment, or B2B brands.
Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising platforms.
Experience writing scripts for short-form video content, reels, and influencer campaigns.
Familiar with branding and positioning exercises.
Brings quality, scalable ideation to the table for big campaign briefs.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and emerging digital content trends.
