Job Title: Assistant Loan Manager – APF
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ Years in APF (Approved Project Finance) with a reputed Real Estate Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete APF (Approved Project Finance) process for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), and NBFCs for project approvals.
- Conduct land title verification and legal due diligence.
- Verify property ownership, title chain documents, and historical land records.
- Handle Khasra numbers and retrieve land records through online revenue portals.
- Coordinate with legal, sales, CRM, and banking teams for timely documentation and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, local land laws, and zoning regulations.
- Follow up with financial institutions for sanction, documentation, and APF approvals.
- Maintain MIS and documentation related to APF approvals and project files.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of local land laws, zoning regulations, and RERA guidelines.
- Expertise in land title verification and due diligence.
- Sound knowledge of property chain documents and ownership history.
- Proficient in handling Khasra numbers and retrieving historical land records through online revenue portals.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing APF processes in a reputed real estate company.
- Strong relationships with Banks, HFCs, and financial institutions.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good personality with a professional approach and attention to detail.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) or LLB will be an added advantage.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate should have prior experience in Real Estate APF.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidate from Bhiwadi, Alwar, Neemrana, Gurgaon, Jaipur, or nearby locations will be given preference.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
