About the Internship:
- Coordinating with all internal departments and making sure of timely closure of client cases within TAT.
- Connecting with candidates and making sure all the details.
- Maintaining Excel data and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries via email, call, or social media.
- Reach out to customers/ brands and follow up with concerned teams in limited time periods.
- Respond promptly to customer/ brands inquiries.
- Process forms, applications, and requests of customers and brands.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
