Job Role:
- Handle counter sales and customer inquiries
- Assist customers with valve and industrial product selection
- Prepare quotations (manual & digital)
- Billing and invoicing using BUSY software
- Maintain stock records and basic reports in Excel
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Freshers can apply. 2–3 years in hardware/valves/plumbing/industrial trading is a plus.
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, NRV, and industrial hardware preferred.
- Communication: Good Hindi and/or English with functional Marathi. Polite and customer-friendly approach.
- Commercial Skills: Basic calculation skills and negotiation ability.
- System Knowledge: Basic MS Excel and BUSY software knowledge preferred.
- Attributes: Reliable, responsible, customer-focused.
